August 28, 2012 was the first day of Aqua Aerobics. I really did not know what to expect besides jumping up and down in the pool but once I attended my first day of class, I realized fairly quick that there is plenty more to the art of Aqua Aerobics. After researching my instructor on her website, joannawardfitness.com, I knew she could help me in more ways than I imagined. She can help in these ways:

- Learn proper strength training technique
- Improve endurance
- Find motivation
- Improve your appearance
- Feel better

- Gain muscle and lose fat
- Tone your muscles

As someone who is slim and muscular, staying in shape and staying healthy is still very important so I really looking forward to each and everyday in class with Ms. Ward. She seems energetic about the class and that only makes me more motivated.
